Tender Description
The Pakistan Airports Authority (PAA) Karachi is procuring the installation, operation, and maintenance services for six massage/relaxing chairs located in the international and domestic departure lounges of Jinnah International Airport, Karachi. This concession is offered on a single stage/two-envelope basis to registered companies, firms, joint ventures, or sole proprietors with relevant experience and a sound financial background.
The technical scope includes the supply, installation, and upkeep of six massage chairs ensuring continuous availability and functionality within the airport lounges. The license period is one year or until the outsourcing of the airport, whichever is earlier. The concessionaire will be responsible for maintaining the chairs in excellent condition throughout the contract period.
Eligibility criteria emphasize 80% weightage on technical evaluation, requiring bidders to submit a valid CNIC, NTN certificate, and pay a non-refundable fee of Rs. 5,000. Experience in similar airport or hospitality services is advantageous. Earnest Money or CDR must be genuine; any fake or tempered documents will lead to disqualification and forfeiture of security deposits.
The submission deadline is **03-06-2026 at 11:00 AM**, with technical and financial offers sealed separately and submitted in the Main Conference Room (Room No. 6035) at Level-VI, Jinnah Terminal, JIAP Karachi. Late or conditional bids will not be entertained. The financial bid will only be opened for technically qualified bidders.
