Establishment Master Plan for Conservation, Rehabilitation, Improvement and Upgradation of Lahore Museum (Phase-1)

The Infrastructure Development Authority of the Punjab (IDAP) invites prequalification proposals for the establishment master plan concerning the conservation, rehabilitation, improvement, and upgradation of Lahore Museum (Phase-1). This procurement is specifically for works in Lahore under the jurisdiction of IDAP. Items being procured: - Construction of buildings and infrastructure development - Civil works - Architectural works - Plumbing works - Electrical works - Mechanical works - Fire Fighting works - External Development Works - Deployment of all necessary Material, Labor(s), Formwork, Tools & Machinery The technical scope covers comprehensive construction and infrastructure development including civil, architectural, plumbing, electrical, mechanical, and fire fighting works along with external development. The project requires deployment of all necessary materials, labor, formwork, tools, and machinery to complete the works as per specifications. Eligibility criteria require contractors to have PEC registration in category C-1 or above. Applicants must be registered with FBR and ATL and demonstrate relevant experience in similar projects. The procurement follows PPRA Rules 2014 (amended up to date). The deadline for submission of the prequalification proposal is on or before 25th August 2026 by 03:00 PM via the Punjab e-Procurement System. Proposals will be opened the same day at 03:30 PM on the Punjab e-Procurement System. Any proposal received through any other mode will not be considered.
