Supply and Fixing of Mechanical and Electrical Parts, Repair and Maintenance of Pumping Stations, Buildings, Abkalani Material and Drains in Larkana Drainage Division

The Executive Engineer Larkana Drainage Division Larkana invites bids for the supply and fixing of mechanical and electrical parts, repair and maintenance of pumping stations, office and residential buildings, supplying of Abkalani material, and repair/maintenance of drains for the financial year 2026-27. This procurement is specific to the Larkana Drainage Division in Sindh province. Items being procured: - Rewinding charges of electric motors (various HP and job works) - Supplying modern enameled copper wire (6000 Kg) - Providing and fixing air breakers, magnetic coils, ball bearings (various models and sizes) - Motor fans, bio metal relays, time relays, circuit breakers repair and supply - Repairing stuffing boxes, providing rubber bearing bushes, threaded shafts and couplings - Repair and supply of suction and column pipes (14" and 20" dia) - Repair and maintenance of transformers (400 KVA and 630 KVA) - Wiring, rewinding, and repair of various electrical components - Hiring of machinery such as bulldozers, excavators, dumpers, tractors - Supplying of various construction materials including PVC pipes, bricks, cement, sand, steel bars - Repair and maintenance of office and residential buildings including cleaning tanks, septic tanks, sewerage holes - Repair and replacement of government vehicles parts and maintenance - Supply and fixing of solar PV panels and repair of solar inverters The technical scope covers comprehensive mechanical and electrical repair works, supply of materials, job works on pumps and transformers, civil works related to drains and buildings, and vehicle maintenance. The site of work is Larkana Drainage Division with works executed as and when required throughout the financial year. Eligibility requires valid PEC registration in relevant categories up to June 2027, FBR and SRB registration, and proven experience with satisfactory completion certificates of similar works in the last three years. Earnest Money of Rs. 1,000,000 in the form of Call Deposit is mandatory. Bidding documents fee is Rs. 3,000 non-refundable. The bid submission deadline is 30th July 2026 at 11:00 AM at the office of the Executive Engineer Larkana Drainage Division near Miro Khan Chowk Larkana. Bids will be opened the same day at 12:00 Noon. In case of no response, a second attempt will be held on 13th August 2026.
