Procurement of Chemical Reagents, Stationery, Internet, Partition and Other Items

Principal, D.G. Khan Medical College, Dera Ghazi Khan, invites eligible and experienced income tax, GST/PST filers, proprietors, firms, general order suppliers, distributors and companies to submit electronic bids for a one-time contract covering procurement requirements for Financial Year 2026-27. The procurement will be conducted through the Punjab e-Procurement System under the Punjab Procurement Rules, 2014. Mandatory lot list: Lot 1, Chemical Reagents and Lab Kits, estimated cost **PKR 21.39 Million**; Lot 2, Stationary, **PKR 4.02 Million**; Lot 3, Printing, **PKR 1.0 Million**; Lot 4, Others, **PKR 1.85 Million**; Lot 5, Cost of Others Store, **PKR 3.96 Million**; Lot 6, College Magazine, **PKR 1.15 Million**; Lot 7, Dedicated Internet 200 Mbps, **PKR 7.04 Million**; Lot 8, Provision and Installation of Partition with Aluminum Frame and Glass, **PKR 1.3 Million**; and Lot 9, Engine Control Module of 2506 Engine, **PKR 1.05 Million**. Bid security is 2 percent of the estimated cost of each lot. Bids are invited on a quality-and-rate basis, with no negotiations expected. Bidders must provide NTN and applicable sales tax registration certificates, demonstrate eligibility and experience, and submit the required electronic bid security through a PSID generated in the Punjab e-Procurement System. Physical CDRs, pay orders or bank guarantees will not be accepted in place of the prescribed electronic security. Alternative, conditional, incomplete, unsigned, unstamped, late or improperly submitted bids will be rejected as non-responsive. E-bids must be submitted through the e-Procurement System by **24 August 2026 at 12:00 noon**. Bids will be opened on the same date at **12:30 pm** in the presence of bidders or representatives.
