Supply of Medical Disposables, Lab Kits, Chemicals and Equipment

Khyber Teaching Hospital Medical Teaching Institution Peshawar is procuring a range of medical disposables, pathology lab kits, chemicals, consumables, X-ray films, dental consumables, laparoscopic disposables, and pathology lab equipment on a rental basis. This procurement is specifically for the fiscal year 2026-27 and is aimed at supporting the hospital's supply chain department in Peshawar, Khyber Pakhtunkhwa. The scope includes supply of nephrology disposables, pathology lab kits and chemicals, X-ray films, dental consumables, laparoscopic disposables, and rental of pathology lab equipment. All items must meet the hospital's specifications and no conditional bids will be accepted. Bidders must be registered with the Federal Board of Revenue for Income Tax and Sales Tax, be on the Active Taxpayer List (ATL), and registered on the EPADS system. Additionally, registration with KPRA is mandatory where applicable. The tender requires submission of earnest money in the form of a CDR from the bidding firm in favor of the Hospital Director. Tender fee of PKR 2,000 is non-refundable and must be submitted along with the bid. The technical and financial bids must be submitted through the E-Pak Acquisition & Disposal System (EPADS). The deadline for submission for most items is 10th June 2026 by 10:00 am, with opening at 10:30 am the same day. For laparoscopic disposables and rental equipment, submission and opening is on 16th June 2026 at 10:00 am and 11:00 am respectively. Bidders should ensure all documents including original CDR and tender fee are submitted on time to the Dairy & Dispatch Section MTI-KTH. Late submissions will not be entertained. The competent authority reserves the right to reject any or all bids under KPPRA rules.
