Tender Description
This tender invites qualified firms in Peshawar to participate in a pre-qualification process for supplying medical stores to the Pakistan Air Force Air Headquarters. The department requires pharmaceutical and medical products under a closed framework agreement for the financial year 2026-27, ensuring continuous supply to military healthcare facilities.
The scope includes supplying pharmaceuticals and medical products compliant with Drug Regulatory Authority Pakistan (DRAP) standards and WHO Good Manufacturing Practices. Suppliers must demonstrate at least three years of relevant experience, maintain adequate storage and distribution facilities, and provide qualified pharmacists. The procurement emphasizes quality assurance, including ISO certification and batch release certificates, to meet stringent military healthcare requirements.
Bidders should be registered with FBR, possess valid NTN and ATL status, and comply with the 2025-26 fiscal year tax regulations. The tender requires submission of detailed company profiles, valid licenses, financial statements showing a minimum annual turnover of PKR 1,000 million, and evidence of past contracts. Firms must also adhere to ethical and security protocols mandated by the military.
The submission deadline is set for 12 January 2026 at 14:00 hours. Interested parties must submit their complete pre-qualification documents to the Director MEHS at the Pakistan Air Force Air Headquarters, Peshawar. The technical scrutiny committee will evaluate submissions, and only shortlisted firms will be invited for further bidding.
Pro-Tip: Ensure all documents, especially the Call Deposit Receipt and non-conviction affidavits, are properly stamped and attested as per military procurement rules to avoid disqualification. Double-check the validity of DRAP licenses and batch release certificates to meet compliance requirements.
