Procurement of Medicine Consumable Items, Implants and Lenses for Different Specialities and Lab Investigation

The Health Department Government of Balochistan invites sealed bids from registered firms, pharmacies, and suppliers dealing in medicines, consumable items, implants, lenses, and laboratory investigations for Sheikh Khalifa Bin Zayyed Al Nayan Medical Complex, Mastung Road Quetta. Items being procured: - Medicines - Consumable items - Implants - Lenses - Laboratory investigations The procurement process follows BHCP policy Guidelines 2024. Bidders must quote items as per the given categories and ensure quoted items meet defined specifications. Shelf life for medicines and consumables must be at least 75% from the supply date. Payment will be made within 120 days after supply completion and submission of all required documentation. The procurement committee will issue work orders to successful bidders after contract signing. Eligibility criteria include firm registration with FBR as an active taxpayer, valid sales tax registration, Drug Sale License issued by Health Department Balochistan, financial capacity with bank account turnover of Rs. 1 million, DRAP registration for all quoted items, and a physical pharmacy/office in Quetta with tenancy or ownership proof. Financial quotations must be below trade price and comply with institutional rates. A notarized affidavit on Rs. 100/- stamp paper declaring past performance, price reasonability, delivery time, and agreement to terms is mandatory. The submission deadline is sealed quotations by Monday 27th July 2026, no later than 11:00 AM at the office of the Executive Director Sheikh Khalifa Bin Zayyed Al Nayan Medical Complex, Mastung Road Quetta.
