Tender Description
This procurement opportunity is announced by the Sheikh Khalifa Bin Zayyed Al Nayan Medical Complex located on Mastung Road Quetta, under the Health Department Government of Balochistan. The tender invites sealed bids from registered firms, pharmacies, and suppliers dealing in medicines, consumable items, implants, lenses, and laboratory investigations. Items being procured:

The procurement process follows the BHCP policy Guidelines 2024 and requires bidders to quote items as per the given categories. The quoted items must meet defined specifications and have a minimum shelf life of 75% from the date of supply. Payment will be made within 120 days after completion and subject to fulfillment of all official financial documentation. All payments will be transferred via bank to the firmโs official account. The procurement committee reserves the right to cancel or extend the quotation submission date.
Eligibility criteria include registration with the Federal Board of Revenue (FBR) as an active taxpayer with NTN and ATL certificates, valid sales tax registration, and a drug sale license issued by the Health Department Government of Balochistan. Financial capacity proof is required with a bank account turnover of Rs. 1 million and original bank certificate. DRAP registration is mandatory for all quoted items. The bidder must have a pharmacy or office in Quetta city with latest paid utility bills and tenancy or ownership agreement. Financial quotations must be below trade price and comply with institutional rates. A notarized affidavit on Rs. 100/- stamp paper declaring past performance, price reasonability, delivery time, and agreement to terms is also required.
The submission deadline is **Monday 27th July 2026, no later than 11:00 AM** at the office of the undersigned. Quotations will be opened the same day at 12:30 PM in the presence of bidders by the procurement committee. Interested bidders should obtain the detailed list of required medicines, consumables, implants, and lab investigations from the office during official timings.
