The District Headquarter Hospital Lower Chitral Health Department, Government of Khyber Pakhtunkhwa, invites eligible, registered, licensed and well-reputed chemists and distributors to participate in the re-tendering process for the supply of medicines for patients under the Sehat Sahulat Program (SSP) for the financial year 2026-27. The procurement is being conducted through the E-PADS online portal, ensuring transparency and compliance with KPPRA Rules 2014. Bidders must submit their offers online only; manual or email submissions will not be entertained. Items being procured: - Medicines for Medical Ward, District Headquarter Hospital Lower Chitral - Medicines for Surgical Ward, District Headquarter Hospital Lower Chitral - Medicines for Dialysis Unit, District Headquarter Hospital Lower Chitral - Medicines for Eye & ENT Ward, District Headquarter Hospital Lower Chitral - Medicines for Gynae Ward, Women & Children Hospital Jang Bazar, Chitral - Medicines for Paeds Ward, Women & Children Hospital Jang Bazar, Chitral The technical scope covers the uninterrupted supply of quality medicines to the specified wards and units. All chemists and distributors must have their Drug Sale License verified by the Drug Inspector, Lower Chitral. The successful bidder's medical store or drug sale outlet must be located within the hospital premises or within 100 meters to ensure immediate availability for patients. Separate bids and Bid Security (CDR) of PKR 300,000 per category are required. Only financially sound and stable firms should participate, as payments from the Insurance Company may sometimes be delayed. The tender procedure is Single Stage Single Envelope, and the approved rates will remain valid up to 30th June 2027. Bids must be submitted online via E-PADS by 09-09-2026.
