Tender Description
The Combined Military Hospital (CMH) Nowshera and CMH Cherat are procuring a comprehensive range of medicines, surgical disposables, laboratory kits, and implant items for the financial year 2026-27. This procurement is specifically for bulk local purchase under the NA PVMS scheme and covers essential medical supplies required for hospital operations in Nowshera.
The technical scope includes supply of various medicines such as Bisoprolol, Febuxostat, Ibuprofen syrup, Tazinidine, and surgical disposables like sterilized towels, shoe covers, elbow supports, and Philadelphia collars. Lab kits including CRP control and glass cover slips are also part of the tender. All items must be genuine, with long expiry dates of at least two years from supply date, and must bear proper stamps indicating they are for Armed Forces use only. Suppliers must ensure compliance with quality standards and provide replacements for medicines expiring within six months without additional charges.
Eligibility criteria require suppliers to be registered with FBR, hold a valid drug license, and provide police verification of proprietors. Authorized distribution or manufacturing licenses are mandatory. Suppliers must also submit an undertaking certifying no blacklisting or financial defaults and acceptance of all CMH terms. The tender demands earnest money in the form of CDR and submission of separate technical and financial proposals in double envelopes.
The deadline for submission is **19 May 2026** by 10:30 AM at the Medical Stores office of CMH Nowshera, with quotations opening the same day at 11:00 AM. Payment will be processed through Controller Military Accounts Peshawar. Suppliers are advised to strictly follow the prescribed quotation format and font requirements to avoid disqualification.
A practical tip for bidders is to ensure all documentation including FBR registration, tax challans, and police verification are complete and submitted with the technical bid. This will prevent immediate disqualification and improve chances of successful participation in this critical medical supplies tender.
