Framework Contract for Medicines, Laboratory, Printing, Bio-Medical Gases, X-Ray Films, Canteen and Parking

THQ Hospital Dinga, Gujrat, invites sealed bids through the Punjab E-Procurement System for a framework contract covering procurement and related concession lots for FY 2026-27. The notice is primarily a goods procurement tender, with a separate parking and canteen lot awarded on the basis of the highest offered amount. Medicine suppliers must hold a valid drug sales licence on Form 9A with Category A authorization. Firms must have Income Tax and Sales Tax registration, active NTN and GST certificates, and must submit the required bid security of 2% of the estimated cost in the form of an online CDR. Bids for medicines and surgical disposables will be evaluated on maximum discount from manufacturers retail price, while item-wise rates are required for laboratory items, printing material, bio-medical gases, X-ray films and chemicals. Parking and canteen bids will be evaluated on the maximum offered amount. Bids must be submitted online through **https://ep.punjab.gov.pk** by **22 August 2026 at 11:00 AM**. Bids will open at **11:30 AM on 22 August 2026** at the Office of the Medical Superintendent, THQ Hospital Dinga.
