Procurement of Medicines, Ear Drops, Eye Drops, Oral Gel, Ointments, Laboratory Kits and Related Items for Financial Year 2026-27

Pakistan Rangers (Punjab) invites bids for the procurement of a comprehensive range of medicines, laboratory kits, and related pharmaceutical items for the financial year 2026-27. The procurement is being managed through the e-Pak Acquisition and Disposal System (EPADS V2.0), and all interested suppliers are encouraged to participate in this competitive process. Items being procured: - Lot No-1 (Tablet), 59 items, Estimated Amount: 29.395 Mn - Lot No-2 (Tablet), 41 items, Estimated Amount: 14.716 Mn - Lot No-3 (Ear Drops, Eye Drop, Oral Gel, Oral Drops, Solution, Inhaler & Oint), 57 items, Estimated Amount: 35.161 Mn - Lot No-4 (Cream, Ointment, Inhaler & Liquid), 50 items, Estimated Amount: 32.125 Mn - Lot No-5 (Ear Drop, Eye Drop, Oral Gel, Inhaler, Liquid, Spray, Sachet & Powder), 59 items, Estimated Amount: 38.068 Mn - Lot No-6 (Laboratory Kits/Items), 72 items, Estimated Amount: 23.020 Mn - Lot No-7 (Laboratory Kits/Items), 60 items, Estimated Amount: 13.326 Mn The technical scope covers a wide variety of pharmaceutical forms including tablets, drops, gels, ointments, creams, sprays, sachets, powders, and laboratory kits. All items must comply with the relevant quality standards and specifications as outlined in the tender documents. Suppliers must ensure timely delivery and adherence to the required packaging and labeling standards. Eligible bidders must be registered with FBR and listed on the Active Taxpayers List (ATL). Earnest Money and other bid securities must be submitted as per the instructions in the EPADS portal. Only bids submitted electronically through EPADS V2.0 will be considered. The deadline for submission of e-bids is 29 June 2026 at 13:00 hours, and the opening will take place the same day at 13:30 hours. The final date for supply completion is 30 June 2027.
