Procurement of Medicines, Laboratory Items, Miscellaneous Items, and Stationery for Financial Year 2026-27

The Health Department Gilgit-Baltistan invites sealed tenders for the procurement of essential supplies for the financial year 2026-27. This notice is issued by the office of BHS/DDO Gilgit. Interested and eligible suppliers are encouraged to participate in this competitive process to supply the required items for the department in Gilgit. Items being procured: - Medicines (ادویات) - Laboratory items (لیبارٹری اشیاء) - Miscellaneous items (مختلف سامان) - Stationery and office consumables (سٹیشنری اور آفس استعمال کی چیزیں) Suppliers must ensure that all items meet the required quality standards and are delivered as per the specifications provided by the department. The scope includes timely supply and delivery to the designated location in Gilgit. All items must be new, genuine, and conform to the relevant standards for use in public health facilities. Eligibility criteria include submission of a valid bid security (Earnest Money), relevant experience certificates, an affidavit of non-blacklisting, and a detailed rate list for each item. Bidders must comply with PPRA Rule 33 and provide all supporting documents as required. Only those firms registered with the relevant tax authorities and listed on the FBR Active Taxpayers List (ATL) will be considered. The department reserves the right to accept or reject any or all bids as per rules. Sealed bids must be submitted to the office of BHS/DDO Gilgit by 27 August 2026, no later than 10:00 AM.
