Procurement of Medicines, Medical Equipment, and Supplies for DHQ Hospital Haripur FY 2026-27

District Head Quarter Hospital Haripur, under the Health Department of Government of Khyber Pakhtunkhwa, invites sealed bids from reputable local and national firms, manufacturers, distributors, retailers, and authorized sole agents for the procurement of a comprehensive range of medicines, medical equipment, and hospital supplies for the fiscal year 2026-27. The procurement will be conducted through the EPADS e-procurement system under National Competitive Bidding, following KPPRA Rules 2014, Rule No. 6 (2) a, and Rule No. 31-a. Items being procured: - Local Purchase of Medicine for Hospital (CDR: 80,000 PKR) - Local Purchase of Zakat Medicine (CDR: 60,000 PKR) - Sehat Sahulat Program Medicine for admitted Patients (CDR: 800,000 PKR) - Dialysis (disposable & chemical) (CDR: 49,000 PKR) - Emergency Medicine (CDR: 60,000 PKR) - Medical Gases (CDR: 60,000 PKR) - Laboratory chemical (CDR: 100,000 PKR) - Contingency/Miscellaneous items (CDR: 30,000 PKR) - Bedding clothing (CDR: 30,000 PKR) - Stationery (CDR: 30,000 PKR) - Printing (CDR: 30,000 PKR) - Laundry & washing material (CDR: 20,000 PKR) - Spare parts medical & surgical equipment's (CDR: 50,000 PKR) - Dental items (CDR: 50,000 PKR) - ECG (CDR: 20,000 PKR) - Surgical & Disposable items (CDR: 40,000 PKR) - Computer Hardware (CDR: 30,000 PKR) - CT Scan (CDR: 50,000 PKR) - Special Test (CDR: 20,000 PKR) The technical scope covers a wide array of hospital needs, including medicines for various programs, medical gases, laboratory chemicals, surgical disposables, dental items, bedding, laundry, and even computer hardware for hospital operations. Bidders must be registered with FBR and listed on the ATL. Earnest Money in the form of Call Deposit Receipt (CDR) as per the prescribed amount for each category is mandatory. All bid documents must be uploaded via the EPADS portal, and physical CDRs must be submitted to the Medical Superintendent's office before 10:30 AM on 31-08-2026. Bids will be opened the same day at 11:00 AM. A practical tip: Ensure your bid documents are paginated and sequenced as per the Bid Solicitation Documents to avoid disqualification.
