District Headquarter Hospital Landikotal invites sealed bids from eligible suppliers for the procurement of a comprehensive range of medical and hospital-related items for the upcoming financial year. This notice covers the supply of medicines, medical surgical devices, medical gases, laboratory chemicals, contingency items, stationery, repair of equipment and furniture, bedding, and clothing. The procurement is aimed at ensuring uninterrupted healthcare services at the hospital in Landikotal. Items being procured: - Medicines (all types, as per hospital requirements) - Medical Surgical Devices (various categories) - Medical Gases (including oxygen and other required gases) - Laboratory Chemicals (for diagnostic and testing purposes) - Contingency Items (as per hospital needs) - Stationery Items (for administrative use) - Repair of Equipment and Furniture - Bedding and Clothing for hospital use Bidders must be registered with FBR and reflected as Active Tax Payer. For medicines, a valid Drug Sales License is mandatory, and all medicines must be registered with the Drug Regulatory Authority of Pakistan (DRAP). For medical gases and lab chemicals, bidders must be registered with the Income/Sales Tax Department and provide an authorization letter from the manufacturer or authorized importer/distributor. Bid security is required for each category: Rs. 150,000 for medicines and surgical devices, Rs. 100,000 for medical gases, and Rs. 50,000 for lab chemicals and contingency items, all in the form of a bank CDR from the bidder's account. The selection of successful bidders will be based on the highest offered discount for medicines and decontrolled items, subject to a maximum of 15%. For medical gases and lab chemicals, the purchase committee will decide based on quality and price. All quoted prices must be inclusive of transportation, taxes, and all applicable charges. Bidders must not be blacklisted by any government or semi-government institution and must provide an undertaking to this effect. Bids must be submitted in sealed envelopes to the office of the Medical Superintendent, District Headquarter Hospital Landikotal, by the specified deadline.
