Supply of Medicines and Surgical Disposables for Financial Year 2026-27

The Health Department Gilgit-Baltistan invites sealed bids from qualified suppliers for the supply of medicines and surgical disposables for the financial year 2026-27. This procurement is intended to ensure the uninterrupted availability of essential medical supplies across various health facilities in Gilgit-Baltistan. Interested bidders must submit their bids by 07 July 2026 at 12:00 PM at the office of the undersigned. The tender will be processed on both lot base and item base, depending on the category of items. Items being procured: - Medicines (various categories, as per detailed list in tender documents) - Surgical disposables (various categories, as per detailed list in tender documents) The technical scope covers the supply of high-quality medicines and surgical disposables, meeting the standards set by the Health Department Gilgit-Baltistan. Bidders must ensure that all items conform to the required specifications and are delivered within the stipulated timelines. Only those suppliers who are registered with the relevant authorities and are on the Active Taxpayers List (ATL) of FBR are eligible to participate. Earnest Money equivalent to 2% of the bid amount must be submitted in the form of a Call Deposit Receipt (CDR) along with the bid. The validity of the bids should be up to 30 June 2027. Bidders are advised to carefully review the tender documents and ensure compliance with all terms and conditions. The department reserves the right to accept or reject any or all bids as per PPRA Rule 39(a) GB.
