The Medical Superintendent of DHQ Teaching Hospital Timergara Dir Lower invites sealed and electronic bids through EPAD (E-Pak Acquisition & Disposal System) under the National Competitive Bidding procedure for the financial year 2026-27. The procurement is for various items including medicines, surgical items, emergency medicines, zakat medicines, biological vaccines, contingency items, and car parking monthly rent. Items being procured: - Medicines & Surgical items for SSP Program (Amount: Rs. 10,00,000/- CDR) - Local purchase of Emergency Medicines & Zakat Medicines (Amount: Rs. 10,00,000/- CDR) - Public Washroom (Monthly Rent) (2% of Quoted Bid, only non-Muslim can apply) - Biological Vaccines (Amount: Rs. 200,000/- CDR) - Contingency items (Leftover items) (Amount: Rs. 100,000/- CDR) - Car Parking (Monthly Rent Basis) (2% of Quoted Bid) The procurement will be carried out under the Khyber Pakhtunkhwa Procurement of Goods, Works and Services Rules 2014. Bidding documents with specifications and terms can be obtained from the office during working hours or downloaded from EPAD. Bids must be typed on original letterhead, signed page by page, and quoted in both words and figures. Handwritten or edited bids will be rejected. Bids must be uploaded on EPAD and hard form (for record purpose) with CDR must reach the office via GPO/Registered Post by 11:00 AM on 23-09-2026. The bids will be opened electronically at 11:30 AM on the same day in presence of bidders or their representatives. The procedure is Single Stage-Two Envelope, with separate technical and financial envelopes. The technical envelope of SSP will be opened on 23-09-2026. Firms/suppliers must register with EPAD and be registered with KPRA/FBR where applicable. Bid security in the form of Call Deposit Receipt (CDR) is required per item/service. Taxes will be deducted as per government rules. The successful bidder will sign an agreement on judicial stamp paper with the Medical Superintendent.
