Tehsil Headquarters Hospital Sehnsa invites sealed bids for the procurement of a comprehensive range of medicines, surgical equipment, laboratory reagents, and other essential hospital supplies for the financial year 2026-27. Items being procured: - Medicines and medical supplies for indoor and outdoor patients (Rs. 250,000 Earnest Money) - X-ray films (Rs. 100,000 Earnest Money) - Surgical and medical equipment (Rs. 300,000 Earnest Money) - Laboratory reagents and chemicals (Rs. 845,000 Earnest Money) - Miscellaneous items for the hospital (Rs. 250,000 Earnest Money) - Stationery (Rs. 500,000 Earnest Money) - Purchase of machinery and other items (Rs. 800,000 Earnest Money) - Purchase of furniture and fixture (Rs. 200,000 Earnest Money) - Purchase of hospital and office equipment (Rs. 200,000 Earnest Money) - Diesel and petrol (Rs. 250,000 Earnest Money) - Miscellaneous services (Rs. 500,000 Earnest Money) - Purchase of ARV (Anti Rabies Vaccine) (Rs. 500,000 Earnest Money) - Purchase of ASV (Anti Snake Venom) (Rs. 500,000 Earnest Money) The technical and financial proposals must be submitted in separate sealed envelopes by 26-10-2026, no later than 11:00 AM. Bids will be opened on the same day at 11:30 AM in the presence of bidders or their authorized representatives. All bidders must provide a 2 percent Earnest Money in the form of CDR or Pay Order with their bids. Only suppliers registered with FBR and listed on the Active Taxpayers List (ATL) are eligible to participate.
