Procurement of Medicines, Surgical Disposables, Laboratory Chemicals, X-Ray Films, and Miscellaneous Items for Police Hospital Karachi 2026-27

Police Hospital Karachi invites sealed bids from eligible suppliers and manufacturers for the procurement of various medical and laboratory items for the financial year 2026-27. This tender is being issued under SPPRA Rules 2010 (amended 2019) and is open to all firms registered with relevant tax authorities and on the Active Taxpayers List (ATL). Items being procured: - Medicines (annual supply) - Surgical disposables (annual supply) - Laboratory chemicals (annual supply) - X-ray films (annual supply) - Miscellaneous items (annual supply) All items are to be supplied as per the specifications and quantities detailed in the bidding documents, which can be obtained from the Accounts Office of Police Hospital Karachi upon payment of a non-refundable fee of Rs. 500 per item. Bidders must submit separate bids for each category if they wish to participate in more than one lot. The technical and financial proposals must be submitted in separate sealed envelopes clearly marked as TECHNICAL PROPOSAL and FINANCIAL PROPOSAL. Earnest Money equivalent to 2% of the total bid value must be deposited in the form of Pay Order or Demand Draft in favour of the Medical Superintendent, Police Hospital Karachi. Bids must be submitted by 2:00 PM on 14-10-2026 at the Accounts Office, and technical bids will be opened on the same day at 2:30 PM in the presence of bidders or their authorized representatives. Late or incomplete bids will not be entertained. Firms must be registered with FBR and Sindh Revenue Board, and must provide proof of relevant experience and past performance.
