Mega and Mini Event Management Services

The Press Information Department (PID), Ministry of Information and Broadcasting, Islamabad, is seeking pre-qualification applications from authorized, experienced, and well-established service providers for Mega and Mini Event Management Services for the Financial Year 2026-27. The procurement covers large-scale national and international events including conferences, public gatherings, boarding and lodging, travel and transportation, as well as small to medium-scale meetings, seminars, media briefings, departmental events, workshops, and ceremonies with related services. Interested firms must have operational offices in all major cities including Islamabad, be registered with FBR appearing on the Active Taxpayers List for both Income Tax and Sales Tax, registered with AGPR with active vendor number and IBAN details, and registered on PPRA's e-PADS 2.0 portal. The tender requires submission of proposals duly signed and stamped along with a Security Deposit of Rs. 1,000,000 in the form of a Pay Order in favor of the Drawing & Disbursing Officer, Press Information Department, Islamabad. Proposals must be submitted through e-PADS only by the deadline of July 17, 2026, at 11:00 AM. No hard copies will be accepted. Blacklisted firms or bidders are not eligible, and incomplete or conditional applications will be rejected. Bids received after the deadline will not be considered. Payments will be processed upon submission of verified invoices for onward processing to AGPR via IBAN. All applicable government taxes will be deducted as per prevailing rules. A practical tip for bidders is to ensure their registration details on FBR, AGPR, and PPRA portals are up to date and active before submission to avoid disqualification. Also, carefully prepare the Security Deposit Pay Order as per instructions to prevent delays in bid acceptance.
