Multi-Site Engineering Works at Islamabad, Murree, DI Khan and Lahore

Military Engineer Services, through CMES Navy Islamabad/Lahore, invites applications with credentials for prequalification of firms and contractors for a package of engineering, electrical, mechanical and maintenance works at Islamabad, Murree, DI Khan and Lahore. The notice is issued under Clauses 13, 15 and 16 of PPRA Rules 2004. Successful prequalified firms will subsequently be issued tender documents for the relevant works. Printed work list: a. Provision and installation of ration lift for additional facilities at E-8 Islamabad. b. Provision and installation of DG set and flood light at Murree. c. Up-gradation of external services in Zone IV at E-8 Islamabad. d. Replacement of 2 x heat pump for 2nd swimming pool on line No. 1 at E-8 Islamabad. e. Replacement of 2 x heat pump for 2nd swimming pool on line No. 2 at E-8 Islamabad. f. Provision of earthing and lightning protection system at E-8 Islamabad. g. Roof treatment of Operation Theater, family room and corridor roof at E-8 Islamabad. h. Repair and maintenance of road at E-8 Islamabad. i. Installation of hydraulic barrier at DI Khan. k. Miscellaneous works and facilities at Islamabad. l. Miscellaneous works and facilities at Islamabad. m. Miscellaneous works and facilities at Lahore. n. Miscellaneous works and facilities at Murree. Applicants must be enlisted with MES in Category D or higher, or be established with other government departments and possess relevant experience. Firms must provide a record of similar works executed during the last two years and works currently in hand, including client details, work amount, completion period, completion date, progress and performance reports. Contractors must also furnish movable and immovable asset details, personnel, machinery and equipment lists, bank statement, GST registration and NTN certificate. Firms not registered with Pakistan Engineering Council, including renewal for 2026, will not be considered. Prequalification documents are available from **CMES Navy Islamabad/Lahore, Sector E-8, Islamabad**. Applications are to be scrutinized and tenders issued only to prequalified contractors. Applications/tenders must reach the stated office by **27 August 2026 at 1130 hours** and will be opened on the same date at 1200 hours. No bid security or CDR requirement is printed in this notice. Practical tip: submit a properly indexed PEC-validity certificate and verifiable completion certificates for comparable works to avoid rejection during scrutiny.
