Tender Description
The Government of Gilgit Baltistan through the Office of the Executive Engineer B&R Division C&WD Ghizer invites sealed bids under the Single Stage Two Envelope (SSTE) procedure for important civil works in Ghizer district. The department is procuring two major works: metalling of roads in GBA-21 Yasin Sumal and provision of water supply in GBA-20 Ghizer. These projects are critical for improving local infrastructure and water access.

- Metalling of road from main road to GM Village
- Metalling of road from road Barkulti Azam Village Barkulti Par
- Metalling of road from Engineer Farman House to Main road Barkulti Par
- Metalling of road Thous Bala
- Metalling of road from main road to Barkulti valley
- Metalling of road from main road Khototy Market to old jeep road Thous Center
- Metalling of road from main road Sifal area Manichi Yasin (Part-I)
- Provision of Water Supply in GBA-20 Ghizer (Part-II)
The technical scope includes road metalling works involving multiple road sections in Yasin Sumal and water supply system installation in Ghizer. The works require experienced contractors licensed by the Pakistan Engineering Council (PEC) in category C-5 and above with valid registration up to 31st August 2026. Bidders must submit separate financial and technical proposals with earnest money and CDR as specified.
The tender documents can be obtained from the Executive Engineer office by submitting a written application with relevant documents including PEC registration, FBR/ATL certificates, and renewal fee receipt for 2026-27. The bids must be delivered to the Superintending Engineer Circle Office C&WD Ghizer by the closing dates: 27th August 2026 at 11:00 AM for road metalling and 2:00 PM for water supply. Bids will be opened 30 minutes after closing in the presence of authorized representatives.
