Tender Description
The Government of Gilgit Baltistan through the Office of the Executive Engineer B&R Division C&WD Ghizer invites sealed tenders under the Single Stage Two Envelope (SSTE) procedure for important infrastructure works in Ghizer. This tender is specifically for the metalling of roads and provision of water supply in the Ghizer district, a vital project aimed at improving local connectivity and water access.

- Metalling of road in GBA-21 Yasin Sumal including roads from main road to GM Village, Barkuli Azam Village Barkuli Psr, Engineer Farman House to Main road Barkuli Psr, Thous Bala, main road to Barkuli valley, main road from main road Khazory Market to old jeep road Thous Center, metalling of road from main road Sidi area Mamoch Yasin (Part-I)
- Provision of Water Supply in GBA-20 Ghizer (Part-II)
The technical scope covers extensive road metalling works across multiple key routes in Yasin Sumal and Barkuli areas, ensuring durable road surfaces suitable for local traffic. Additionally, the water supply provision will address critical needs in Ghizer, enhancing community health and living standards. The works require contractors licensed by the Pakistan Engineering Council in category C-5 and above, with valid registration up to 31st August 2026.
Interested bidders must submit their bids by 27th August 2026, with the first package closing at 11:00 AM and the second at 2:00 PM at the Circle Office Ghizer, Ghakuch. Earnest money and cost of bidding documents are specified for each package. Bidders should ensure their Technical and Financial proposals are submitted in separate envelopes as per SSTE rules. The bid security must be deposited from any scheduled bank in favor of the Executive Engineer B&R Division GB C&WD Ghizer.
