Tender Description
This tender invites bids for the procurement of Microsoft SQL Server 2025 Standard/Enterprise licenses and User-CALs for the Financial Monitoring Unit (FMU) in Karachi. The FMU requires these licenses to support its database management and operational needs, ensuring robust and secure data handling within the federal government framework. The procurement involves acquiring software licenses that comply with the latest standards and are essential for the FMU's IT infrastructure.
Bidders must be registered with PPRA for e-procurement on the EPADS platform and hold valid Income and Sales Tax registrations with active status on the Active Taxpayer List (ATL). The bidding process follows the Single-Stage One Envelope procedure under Rule 36(a) of the Public Procurement Rules, 2004. The technical and financial proposals will be submitted electronically via EPADS, ensuring transparency and efficiency in the procurement process.
Participants should ensure compliance with all regulatory requirements, including PEC registration where applicable, and maintain their FBR/ATL status for the financial year 2025-26. Original bid security must be delivered before the bid closing time to avoid disqualification.
The submission deadline is on the 3rd of February 2026, with bid opening scheduled at 11:30 AM on the same day at the FMU office located on the 2nd Floor, Main Building, State Bank of Pakistan, I.I. Chundrigar Road, Karachi. Bidders should plan their submissions accordingly to meet the deadline and attend the public bid opening.
