Milk Analyzer, UVAS Milk Adulteration Testing Kit, Cooking Oil Testometer, and TDS Meter Procurement

Cantonment Board Peshawar invites electronic bids from well reputed firms, suppliers, and manufacturers registered with Income Tax and Sales Tax departments and active on the Federal Board of Revenue's Active Taxpayers List for the procurement of specialized laboratory and testing equipment in Peshawar. Items being procured: - Milk Analyzer / Lactoscan (1 No) - UVAS Milk Adulteration Testing Kit (1 No) - Cooking Oil Testometer (1 No) - TDS Meter (1 No) The Milk Analyzer / Lactoscan is designed for detailed milk analysis including fat, SNF, density, protein, lactose, added water, freezing point, salts, and temperature measurement with ultrasonic technology. The UVAS Milk Adulteration Testing Kit is a rapid qualitative screening kit suitable for common milk adulterants and field/food safety inspection, designed by the University of Veterinary & Animal Sciences. The Cooking Oil Testometer measures temperature and total polar materials with Bluetooth connectivity and alarm features. The TDS Meter offers precise measurement of total dissolved solids with automatic temperature compensation and waterproof design. Financial bidding will be conducted online through the PPRA EPAD system. Tender forms and BOQs can be downloaded from the PPRA EPAD website. Bidders must have valid GST, NTN, and STRN registrations. A 5% bid security in the form of a call deposit from the scheduled bank is required, sealed in an envelope and submitted through courier or contractor representative before the closing date and time. The tender will be electronically cast and opened on the same day in the presence of bidders or their authorized representatives. Conditional tenders or tenders without call deposits will not be entertained. Cantonment Board Peshawar reserves the right to demand analysis of quoted rates to check reasonability and workability and may accept or reject any or all tenders as per PPRA Rules 2004. All government taxes will be deducted as per rules. The Board will not supply any material or machinery to contractors.
