Tender Description
The **Sui Northern Gas Pipelines Limited (SNGPL) Procurement Department Islamabad D** invites sealed electronic bids from eligible bidders for the procurement of miscellaneous milk tea materials planned against the financial year 2026-27. The procurement will be processed under the applicable Public Procurement Rules, 2004, regulations, guidelines and instructions issued by the competent authority.
Specific item list not provided in the notice. Detailed descriptions, technical specifications, quantities, units, delivery requirements, evaluation criteria and contractual conditions are contained in the electronic bidding documents available through the e-Pak Acquisition and Disposal System, EPADS v2.0. Interested suppliers should study the complete bidding documents before preparing their offers and should ensure that the proposed milk tea materials comply with all stated quality, packaging, shelf-life and delivery requirements.
The notice specifies a Single Stage-One Envelope procedure using the Least Cost Based Selection technique. Bids must be accompanied by bid security in the form and amount prescribed in the Bid Security section of the bidding documents. Acceptable instruments include a pay order, banker's cheque, call deposit, bank guarantee or demand draft, together with the required bid-securing declaration in the prescribed format. The notice does not state a separate ATL condition; bidders should confirm their tax registration, active taxpayer status and all other eligibility requirements in the bidding documents.
Bidders must be registered on EPADS v2.0 and submit their complete e-bids electronically through the system. Manual submission of bids will not be entertained. The submission deadline is **Thursday, August 20, 2026 at 03:00 PM**, and electronic bids will be opened through EPADS on the same day at 03:30 PM. Registration and participation should be completed well before the deadline to avoid technical or account-related delays.
Offers should be prepared strictly according to the EPADS bidding documents and submitted online through the opportunity reference P80719. For clarification, contact the Senior Procurement Officer at **+92-332-455-5641** or **latif.alker@sngpl.com.pk**. Practical tip: download the documents early, validate each required form and bid-security instrument, and retain the EPADS submission receipt.
