Minor Renovation Work of NBP AIB Gharo Branch (0187) Hyderabad Region, Sindh Balochistan Region

The National Bank of Pakistan (Engineering) invites sealed bids from eligible contractors for the Minor Renovation Work of NBP AIB Gharo Branch (0187) located in Hyderabad Region, Sindh Balochistan Region. This procurement is planned for the financial year 2026-27 under contract reference P128299. The scope includes comprehensive civil works involving dismantling, shifting of heavy furniture and safes, reinforcement cement concrete, steel reinforcement, brick masonry, plaster work, PCC under floor, granite skirting, wooden doors, internal paint works, wooden cabinets, false ceiling, cornice, blinds, repair of G.I shutter grills, wall cladding, termite proofing, installation of door machines and hydraulic door closers, wooden hanging beams, logo/theme wall, bitumen strong room, aluminum louver shutters, concrete pavers, wooden wall paneling, wooden rafters, stone soling, glass frosting, aluminum window repairs, stainless steel planters and trash bins, and supply and installation of a strong room/locker room door. Plumbing works include supply and installation of European style W.C, wash basins, stainless steel kitchen sink, toilet accessories, water supply system with PP-R pipes, soil, waste, vent and rainwater drainage system with UPVC pipes. Electrical works cover supply, laying, connection and testing of wiring in PVC conduits, circuit wiring, point wiring, industrial sockets, data/voice/TV wiring, telephone cables, fittings, fixtures, LED lights, fans, power sockets, cable containment, racks and panels, burglar alarm system wiring, and earthing system including chemical enhanced earthing. The contract duration is 90 days with an expected commencement date of November 30, 2026. Eligible bidders must have valid registration with Pakistan Engineering Council (PEC) in category C-6 or above with specialization codes CE-10 and EE-04, active status on FBR Active Taxpayer List, and must not be blacklisted. Bidders should have completed at least three similar contracts of minimum PKR 3 million each in the last three years. Bids must be submitted electronically through EPADS v2.0 portal by Monday, October 26, 2026 at 11:00 AM. Manual bids will not be accepted. Bid security in the form of Pay Order or Banker's Cheque or bid securing declaration is required. Technical and financial bids will be evaluated using Least Cost Based Selection (LCBS) method.
