Minor Renovation of NBP AIB 19 Kassi Vehari Road Branch (2078) Multan, Punjab South Region

The National Bank of Pakistan (Engineering) invites sealed bids from eligible and qualified contractors for the Minor Renovation of NBP AIB 19 Kassi Vehari Road Branch (2078) located in Multan, Punjab South Region. This procurement is planned for the financial year 2026-27 and will be executed under the National Single Stage-One Envelope procedure using Least Cost Based Selection (LCBS) technique. Items being procured: - Dismantling and removal of existing masonry walls, false ceiling, tile flooring/walls, doors, windows, glass work, electrical and plumbing fittings, front boundary wall and grills - Providing and laying 16'' x 16'' porcelain tiles (Master Make SPM-110 or equivalent) - Providing and laying 19mm thick pre-polished Cherry Pink or Camel Brown granite on stairs and main entrance podium - Providing and fixing floor machine with 12mm clear glass - Glass partitions with 12mm imported clear tempered glass with frosting paper and aluminum framing - Tempered glass doors with imported concealed floor door closers and approved handles - Internal paint works including enamel paint on ceiling, plastic emulsion paint on internal walls, and weather shield paint on external walls - Wooden cabinets for banking hall and kitchen cabinets made with 16mm MDF laminated sheets - Column cladding with 11mm MDF and formica - Wooden paneling for manager room - Teller cash counter with MDF lasani sheet and corian top - Wooden drawer units with white formica and imported handles - Stainless steel railing grade 304 - Steel doors for ATM, guard room and emergency exit with M.S steel sheet and pipe frame - Repair and fabrication of collapsible steel grill doors and roller shutters - Supply and installation of plumbing fixtures including European style W.C, ORISA type W.C, toilet hand sprays, wash basins, and sinks - Electrical wiring including switchboard to switchboard wiring, point wiring for lights and fans, wiring for simplex/duplex switch socket outlets - Supply and installation of LED down lights, spot lights, false ceiling fans, and exhaust fans The scope covers all civil, plumbing, and electrical works as per the detailed specifications and drawings. Bidders must be registered with Pakistan Engineering Council (PEC) in category C-6 or above with specialization codes CE-10 and EE-04, have active status on FBR Active Taxpayer List and Punjab Revenue Board, and have completed at least three similar contracts of minimum PKR 3 million each in the last three years. Bids must be submitted electronically through the e-Pak Acquisition and Disposal System (EPADS) v2.0 portal by Monday, October 26, 2026 at 11:00 AM. Bid opening will be conducted on the same day at 11:30 AM via EPADS. Manual bids will not be accepted. Bid security in the form of Pay Order or Banker's Cheque must be submitted to the Procurement Division office at NBP Head Office Building, Karachi before the bid submission deadline.
