Minor Renovation & Refurbishment Work of NBP AIB Daulatpur Branch (2108), Mirpurkhas, Sindh & Balochistan Region

The National Bank of Pakistan (Engineering) invites sealed bids for the Minor Renovation & Refurbishment Work of NBP AIB Daulatpur Branch (2108), located in Mirpurkhas, Sindh & Balochistan Region. This procurement is planned for the financial year 2026-27 and will be conducted through the National Bank of Pakistan (Engineering) using the Least Cost Based Selection (LCBS) technique under a Single Stage One Envelope procedure. Items being procured: - Dismantling and removal of existing masonry walls, false ceiling, tile flooring/walls, doors, windows, glass work, electrical and plumbing fittings, front boundary wall and grills - Plaster work including 12mm thick plaster (1:4 cement/sand ratio) - Porcelain tiles flooring 1200mm x 600mm grit white, 11mm thick - Granite skirting 19mm thick, 100mm high, pre-polished Cherry Pink/Camel Brown - Tempered frameless glass doors with 12mm clear glass and imported fittings - Porcelain tiles on toilet walls/floor 600mm x 300mm - Vanity counters with 19mm thick pre-polished granite - Internal paint works including plastic emulsion, weather shield paint, and distemper - False ceiling with 7.5mm thick laminated gypsum tiles - Front elevation porcelain tiles - Steel doors for ATM, guard room & emergency exit - Wall cladding with 17mm thick laminated tectile sheets - Termite proofing and rat killer spray - Imported door machines and hydraulic door closers - Tuff tiles reinforced with wire mesh - Fiber glass shed canopy - Logo/theme wall at reception - Waterproofing in toilet areas - Formica finish flush doors - Wooden file rack and cash counter repairs - Construction of ramp as per bank standards - Plumbing fixtures including European style WCs, wash basins, kitchen sinks, mixers, toilet accessories The scope covers all materials, labor, equipment, and workmanship as per drawings and specifications. Eligible bidders must have PEC registration in category C-6 or above with specialization codes CE-10 and EE-04, active FBR ATL status, and must not be blacklisted. Experience of at least three similar contracts of minimum PKR 3 million each in the last three years is required. Bids must be submitted electronically via EPADS v2.0 by **Monday, October 26, 2026 at 11:00 AM**. Manual submissions will not be accepted. Bid security in the form of Pay Order or Banker's Cheque must be submitted physically to the Office of the Department Head-Tender, Procurement Division-LCMG, 3rd Floor, NBP Head Office Building, I.I Chundrigar Road, Karachi before the bid submission deadline.
