Minor Renovation Works Required at NBP Toll Tax Branch, R.O Faisalabad

The National Bank of Pakistan (Engineering Wing Central) invites sealed bids for Minor Renovation Works at the NBP Toll Tax Branch, R.O Faisalabad. This procurement is planned for the financial year 2026-27 and will be conducted through the National Single Stage-One Envelope procedure on the EPADS v2.0 platform. The scope includes dismantling works, plastering, porcelain tile installation, glass doors and partitions, internal painting, wooden and kitchen cabinets, false ceilings, aluminium louvers, blinds, wooden wall cladding, logo/theme wall, imported frost paper, NBP logos, SS planters, plumbing fixtures including European style W.C., wash basins, kitchen sinks, and electrical works such as concealed wiring, lighting fixtures, fans, industrial sockets, cable containment, data/voice fixtures, and fire extinguishers. Items being procured: - Dismantling and removal of masonry walls, false ceiling, cash counters, flooring, tiles, ramps, marble, steel doors, windows, glass works, electrical and plumbing fixtures, M.S grills - Plaster work (12mm thick) - Porcelain tiles on toilet walls and floors - Tempered frameless glass doors and glass partitions - Internal paint works including plastic emulsion and deluxe distemper - Wooden filling and kitchen cabinets - False ceiling with gypsum tiles and aluminium perforated dumpa false ceiling - Aluminium louver shutters and cabinets - Synthetic fibre roller blinds - Wooden wall/column cladding - Logo/theme wall with NBP logo and lighting - Imported frost paper and NBP glass logos - Stainless steel planters - Plumbing fixtures including European style W.C., Orisa type W.C., toilet hand sprays, wash basins, bib cocks, kitchen sinks, and accessories - Electrical works including open wiring concealment, supply and installation of cables in PVC conduits, LED lighting fixtures, fans, industrial sockets, cable containment, data/voice fixtures - Fire extinguishers (DCP and CO2 types) The technical scope covers all materials, installation, finishing, and disposal of debris as per drawings and specifications. Bidders must be registered with FBR, Punjab Revenue Authority, and Pakistan Engineering Council (PEC) with category C-6 or above and specialization codes CE-10 & EE-04. Experience of at least three similar projects costing not less than Rs. 1.0 million in the last three years is required. Bids must be submitted online via EPADS v2.0 by 22nd September 2026 at 11:00 AM. Manual bids will not be accepted. Bid security in the form of pay order, banker's cheque, call deposit, bank guarantee, or demand draft is required. The contract duration is 90 days with a completion schedule starting from November 3, 2026. The contract will be awarded based on Least Cost Based Selection (LCBS).
