Tender Description
Sindh Technical Education and Vocational Training Authority (STEVTA) invites sealed bids from reputed and established firms registered with Income Tax and Sales Tax authorities for procurement of various miscellaneous articles for its Headquarter in Karachi. The procurement includes a wide range of items such as air fresheners, electric kettles, LED bulbs, cleaning supplies, dinner sets, and other office and janitorial materials.
Bids must be submitted electronically through the EPADS portal by 2:30 PM on 2nd January 2026, with bid opening scheduled at 3:00 PM the same day. The bidding process follows a single stage two envelope procedure. Eligibility criteria include relevant business experience, tax registrations, affidavit of non-blacklisting, and financial capability. Samples of quoted items are required from the three lowest bidders for quality verification.
