The Sales Tax Department Islamabad invites sealed tenders from reputed manufacturers and stockists registered with the department for supply on FOR Islamabad basis. The procurement includes the following items: - Miscellaneous Chemicals - Maintenance Tools i.e. Hydraulic Bearing Puller, Shaft Laser Alignment Tools, Vibration meter etc - Electrical Testing Equipment - Stainless Steel Lab Fixtures - High Activity Dose Calibrator - Temperature Controller, Centrifuge Tubes etc - Portable Chemical/Gas Detectors These items are required for the department's own offices equipped with telephone and fax facilities. Tender documents with detailed specifications and terms & conditions can be obtained by submitting a written request on the firm's letterhead along with a bank draft or pay order of Rs. 2000/- as tender fee in favor of Director Finance, P.O Box 1482, Islamabad. Tender fee in cash will not be accepted. Bidders must provide 2% earnest money of the total order value inclusive of GST in favor of Director Finance. Tender documents will not be issued to firms who have failed to supply stores against previous orders. Postal delays are the responsibility of the tenderer. Late tenders will not be entertained. The validity of tenders must be at least 60 days from the date of opening. Cutting or overwriting in tenders will lead to rejection. Payment will be made after satisfactory inspection and receipt of complete stores. The competent authority reserves the right to accept or reject any or all quotations at any stage or time. Tender documents can be dispatched upon receipt of request and bank draft via dak, tax, or email. The original bank draft must be received one day before the tender opening date. The last date to issue tender documents is also one day before the opening date. The tender opening and receiving times for all items are 10:30 AM and 11:00 AM respectively on 26-08-2026. The submission method is sealed bids submitted at the office of Head Procurement, P.O Box No. 1482, Islamabad. Interested bidders should ensure timely submission and compliance with all requirements.
