The Pakistan Airports Authority (PAA) through Islamabad International Airport (IIAP) invites eligible contractors to submit bids for Miscellaneous Civil Works for Offices at IIAP, Islamabad. This procurement is planned for the financial year 2026-27 and aims to enhance office infrastructure with quality civil works. Items being procured: - Wooden partitions fully flushed with hard board on both faces fixed on deodar wood frame - Mineral fiber ceiling tiles 2' x 2' x 12mm with T & L angle hanger clips - PVC wall panels 10" wide fixed with non-glazed hard board 8' x 4' x 3/4" thick or equivalent - Window roll-up blinds sunscreen, dark out or translucent fabric with manual roll-up arrangements - Vinyl sticker paper highly durable and water resistant synthetic material 80 to 100 micron thickness The scope includes wall paneling, painting, partition works, false ceiling installation, and window blinds fitting. All materials and workmanship must meet the specifications and standards set by the Engineer-In-Charge. The site is located at Islamabad International Airport, Islamabad. Eligible bidders must be registered with Pakistan Engineering Council (PEC) in the appropriate category, have valid FBR registration, and meet the eligibility criteria including no blacklisting and satisfactory past performance. Bid security in the form of Pay Order, Banker's Cheque, or Call Deposit is required. Bids must be submitted electronically via EPADS v2.0 portal by 21 October 2026 at 10:00 AM.
