Procurement of Miscellaneous Mould Related Items and Tools for Hi Tech Plastics Wah Cantt

Wah Industries Limited, through its production unit Hi Tech Plastics located in Wah Cantt, invites sealed quotations for the procurement of miscellaneous mould related items and tools as detailed in the attached schedule. This procurement is aimed at supporting the manufacturing operations of Hi Tech Plastics with high-quality tools and materials. Items being procured: - Carbon Steel 1045 square block 320mm x 500mm (1 Nos) - Carbide cutter long 10mm, 12mm, 14mm, 16mm (4 Nos, Dormer/Cobalt) - Carbide Cutter 18mm, 20mm (6 Nos, Dormer/Cobalt) - Carbide Cutter 2mm, 4mm, 8mm (12 Nos, Dormer/Cobalt) - Carbide Drill 2mm, 2.5mm, 3mm, 3.5mm, 4mm, 4.5mm, 5mm, 5.5mm, 6mm, 6.5mm, 7mm, 7.5mm, 8mm, 8.5mm, 9mm, 9.5mm, 10mm, 10.5mm, 12mm, 12.5mm (6 Nos, Dormer/Cobalt) - HSS cutter long 10mm, 12mm, 14mm, 16mm (6 Nos, Dormer/Cobalt) - HSS cutter long 18mm, 20mm (6 Nos, Dormer/Cobalt) The technical scope includes supply of these precision tools conforming to the specifications laid down in the tender schedule. The delivery period is three months. The supplier must ensure authenticity and quality; fake or copy tools will be rejected. Eligibility criteria require suppliers to be registered with the Sales Tax Department and provide evidence of past supplies to government or semi-government organizations such as POF or Wah Industries Limited. Bid security of Rs 60,000 in the form of a Pay Order must accompany the technical bid, along with a non-refundable tender fee of Rs 2,500. Performance Guarantee of 10% of contract value will be required from the successful bidder. Bids must be submitted using the Single Stage Two Envelope method, with separate sealed covers for technical and commercial offers. The deadline for submission is 23rd September 2026 by 11:30 AM at the POF Bid Centre, Wah Cantt. Late submissions will not be entertained. Tender opening will be at 12:00 PM on the same day, and bidders or their authorized representatives may witness the opening.
