Miscellaneous Repair Maintenance Works at ECP Secretariat Sector G-5, Islamabad

The E&M-Maintenance Division PMOH Maintenance of Public Buildings under the Capital Development Aurhority (CDA) invites sealed bids for Miscellaneous Repair Maintenance Works at the ECP Secretariat located in Sector G-5, Islamabad. This procurement is planned for the financial year 2026-27 and aims to ensure the upkeep and repair of the Secretariat's facilities to maintain operational efficiency and safety. Items being procured: - Dismantling plank or wooden block flooring (3.4 Cum) - Providing and applying 2mm wall putty over plastered surfaces (76.21 Sqm) - Painting with emulsion paint, first and subsequent coats (76.21 Sqm) - Cement concrete plain including placing, compacting, finishing and curing (25.14 Cum) - Supply, installation and commissioning of fire resistant shielded wiring (20 Meters) - Supply and installation of addressable optical smoke detectors and heat detectors (1 each) - Providing and fixing Pakistan Energy Label NEECA approved copper winded exhaust fan (18" sweep) - Providing and fixing PVC hard panels at various locations (156 Sqft) - Replacement of rotary compressor for 2 Ton split type AC unit - Networking installation and wiring including core boring - Providing and fixing MCBs of specified ratings (24 units of 32 Amp, 4 units of 20 Amp) - Providing and fixing copper cables, thimbles, MS copper strips, PVC insulation tape - Repair of damage PC card for 2 Ton AC - Provision and replacement of LED lights (24 watt and 7 watt round shapes) The scope covers civil, electrical, and mechanical repair and maintenance works including painting, concrete works, electrical wiring, fire alarm system installation, air conditioning repair, and lighting upgrades. The site is the ECP Secretariat in Sector G-5, Islamabad. Eligible bidders must be registered with PEC for relevant categories, possess valid FBR registration, and demonstrate prior experience in similar maintenance works. Bid security in the form of Call Deposit or Bid Securing Declaration is mandatory.
