Tender Description
Karachi Shipyard & Engineering Works Limited invites sealed technical and commercial bids from experienced subcontractors registered with Income Tax and Sales Tax Departments for miscellaneous ship repair and maintenance work under Order OSR-10348. Bidding documents containing detailed specifications, terms, and conditions are available at the Ship Repair Division for a non-refundable fee.
Bids must be submitted by 26 December 2025 at 1100 hrs, with technical proposals opening the same day at 1400 hrs. Technical evaluation will precede commercial bid opening, which will be conducted only for technically qualified bidders. KS&EW reserves the right to accept or reject any or all bids as per Public Procurement Rules 2004.
