Tender Description
This tender invites bids for the construction of missing facilities for female litigants and family courts at the District & Sessions Court, Kashmore at Kandhkot. The scope includes construction of a waiting room sitting area for female litigants, a meeting room with 2 Ton Inverter AC and attached bathroom, and two separate washrooms for family litigants. The project duration is four months from issuance of work order.
Bids must be submitted electronically through the SPPRA e-Procurement (ePAD) System under the Single Stage – Two Envelope Procedure. Eligible bidders must be registered PEC contractors with relevant electrical codes and meet financial, technical, and legal requirements. The bid security and performance guarantee conditions apply as per the bidding documents.
