Hiring of Mobile Double Cabin with Repair Facilities and Fuel for Naval Maintenance Group Gwadar

The Naval Maintenance Group (Gwadar), Pakistan Navy, invites bids for the hiring of 01 X Mobile Double Cabin vehicle with repair facilities and fuel supply for the financial year 2026-27. This procurement is specifically for official use within the Gwadar Area of Responsibility and requires a vehicle that is available round-the-clock. Items being procured: - 01 X Toyota/Hilux Double Cabin (Model 2025 or latest) - Repair facilities for the vehicle - 900 liters of fuel per month The vehicle must be in excellent mechanical condition, regularly maintained, and equipped with mandatory safety and operational items including a fire extinguisher ball, first aid box, spare wheel, standard vehicle tool kit, and a vehicle tracking device if required. It should be registered with valid documentation such as Vehicle Registration Book, Road Worthiness Certificate, Route Permit, and Comprehensive Insurance. The vehicle color should preferably be white, silver, or any standard variant acceptable to Pakistan Navy. The contractor must ensure 24/7 availability including weekends and holidays, prompt deployment within Gwadar AoR, and immediate repair or replacement in case of breakdowns. Fuel usage beyond the monthly 900 liters will be reimbursed based on OGRA-approved rates upon submission of verified receipts. The vehicle will undergo inspections before deployment and periodically thereafter to ensure compliance and operational readiness. Eligibility criteria include valid NTN registration, FBR registration for Income and Sales Tax, at least 2 years of relevant experience with government or armed forces, proof of vehicle ownership or authorized lease, affidavit of no blacklisting, and a certificate of good performance from a previous client.
