Tender Description
The Industries, Commerce & Investment Department, Government of Punjab, through its Project Implementation Unit (PIU) for the Improving Workforce Readiness in Punjab Project (IWRPP), invites sealed quotations from authorized suppliers or manufacturers registered with relevant Registration Authorities and Tax Departments. The procurement is for Mobile Phone Technician Machinery & Equipment for institutions located in Lahore.

The procurement follows the Asian Development Bank (ADB) shopping method guidelines. Interested eligible bidders may request the RFQ document from the office of the Deputy Director (Procurement & Contracts), PIU-IWRPP, 157-M, Gulberg III, Lahore. A pre-proposal meeting is scheduled for 27.08.2026 at 10:00 AM at the PIU-IWRPP office. RFQ documents are available until 08.09.2026, 10:30 AM, against payment of PKR 1,000.
Responses must be delivered by 28.08.2026, 11:00 AM. Quotations will be opened on 08.09.2026 at 11:05 AM in the presence of bidders or their representatives. If the closing date falls on a holiday, the next working day will be observed. Bidders must submit firm and final prices as per the prescribed format. Non-compliant quotations will be rejected. Taxes will be deducted as per rules.
