Establish Operate and Maintain Money Exchange Counter at Quetta International Airport

Pakistan Airports Authority (PAA) is inviting bids for the establishment, operation, and maintenance of a Money Exchange Counter at Quetta International Airport. The concession involves managing a space measuring 78 sqft in the Concourse Hall of the airport. This opportunity is specifically for companies, firms, joint ventures, or sole proprietors with relevant experience, good reputation, and sound financial background. The concession period is five years with a 10% annual enhancement on the monthly reserve price of Rs. 38,720. The tender process follows a single stage/two envelopes basis requiring separate sealed Technical and Financial offers. These must be submitted in one envelope clearly marked with the concession name and dropped in the designated box at the office of Airport Manager/COO, Quetta International Airport by the deadline of 08-07-2026 at 11:00 hrs. Technical bids will be opened half an hour later in the presence of bidders. Late submissions or ambiguous tenders will not be entertained. Earnest Money must be genuine; any fake or bogus pay orders will lead to disqualification and blacklisting. Eligibility includes good financial standing and no outstanding dues with PAA.
