Design, Fabrication, Supply and Installation of Four Movable Cricket Sight Screens at Islamabad Club Cricket Oval

The Islamabad Club in Islamabad Capital Territory is procuring the design, fabrication, supply, and installation of four movable cricket sight screens for its Cricket Oval. This procurement is under the reference IC/PD/2025/26/TD-041(RE) and is planned for the financial year 2026-27. The project involves the complete fabrication and installation of cricket sight screens each measuring 24 feet in length and 12 feet in height. Items being procured: - Four (4) Movable Cricket Sight Screens (Size Length 24' × Height 12') - M.S pipe welded 14 Gauge, size 2" x 4" (1020 Rft) for screen top frame and base frame - M.S pipe welded 14 Gauge, size 2" x 2" (1120 Rft) for screen top frame and base frame - M.S pipe welded 16 Gauge, size 2" x 2" (1080 Rft) for screen top frame panels - Flip panels comprising of G.I Sheets of 16 Gauge, pre-painted white on one side and black on the other (2100 Sft) - M.S pipe welded 14 Gauge, size 4" x 4" (80 Rft) for base frame - Pneumatic rubber tires of Suzuki Mehran or equivalent, 12" diameter (8 Nos) - Moveable handle lock of MS Iron double angle iron 2x2 inch x 2.0 thickness (4 Nos) - Rotating pivot hardware or foldable hinges system for 360-degree rotation (48 Nos) - Primer and two coats of high-gloss synthetic enamel paint in white and black shades The technical scope includes fabrication using M.S pipes of specified gauges and sizes, welding as per ISO standards, installation of heavy-duty wheels with locking brakes for mobility, ergonomic handles, and weather-resistant paint coatings. The screens will be transported, unloaded, placed, installed, tested, and commissioned at the Islamabad Club Cricket Oval. A 12-month defect liability period applies. Eligibility criteria require bidders to have valid NTN and STRN with active taxpayer status, non-blacklisting affidavit, minimum 3 years of experience in steel fabrication or related fields, and completion of at least one similar project worth PKR 2.5 million in the last 3 years.
