Tender Description
Aga Khan Agency for Habitat Pakistan (AKAHP) invites sealed bids from reputable manufacturers, authorized suppliers, and experienced firms for the supply, transportation, and installation of moveable furniture for its projects located in Gilgit Baltistan and Chitral. This procurement is managed by the Aga Khan Agency for Habitat Pakistan office in Islamabad.
Items being procured:
- Moveable furniture including educational furniture
- Storage units
- Whiteboards
- Soft boards
- All related accessories and components as per technical specifications, drawings, and BOQs
The scope covers the complete supply chain from manufacturing to delivery and installation at project sites. Quantities and detailed specifications will be provided in the bid documents. Partial bidding is not allowed; bidders must apply for the entire package. The procurement follows a Single Stage - Single Envelope procedure ensuring simplicity and transparency.
