Tender Description
Sealed tenders are invited from reputed manufacturers and stockists registered with the Sales Tax Department on FOR Islamabad basis for the supply of chemicals, maintenance tools, electrical testing equipment and laboratory instruments. Bidders should maintain their own office with telephone and fax facilities. The issuing organization is not identifiable from the available notice image; correspondence is directed to the Head Procurement, P.O. Box No. 1482, Islamabad.
Mandatory tender lots are: Sr. 1, Tender No. 52/2026, Miscellaneous Chemicals; Sr. 2, Tender No. 53/2026, Maintenance Tools including hydraulic bearing puller, shaft laser alignment tools and vibration meter; Sr. 3, Tender No. 54/2026, Electrical Testing Equipment; Sr. 4, Tender No. 55/2026, Stainless Steel Lab Fixtures; Sr. 5, Tender No. 56/2026, High Activity Dose Calibrator; Sr. 6, Tender No. 57/2026, Temperature Controller, Centrifuge Tubes and related items; and Sr. 7, Tender No. 58/2026, Portable Chemical/Gas Detectors. Detailed specifications, terms and conditions may be obtained by written request on the firm letterhead with a bank draft or pay order for the applicable **Rs. 2,000** tender fee in favour of Director Finance, P.O. Box No. 1482, Islamabad. Cash tender fees will not be accepted.
Tenders must include **02% earnest money** of the total order value inclusive of GST, in favour of Director Finance. Only firms able to demonstrate previous supply of stores will receive tender documents. Each sealed envelope must be superscribed with the relevant tender number and due date. Bids must reach the designated office by **26 August 2026 at 10:30 A.M.** and will be opened at **11:00 A.M.** the same day. The original bank draft must arrive one day before opening. Documents may be dispatched through dak, fax or email against the request and fee. Postal delays remain the bidder's responsibility. Ensure all specifications, validity of at least 60 days and earnest-money calculations are checked before submission.
