Tender Description
The Social Welfare, Special Education & Women Empowerment Department Khyber Pakhtunkhwa invites sealed bids under National Competitive Bidding from manufacturers, importers, and authorized dealers for the procurement of Myo-electric prosthesis (bionic devices and fitting) for the financial year 2026-27 in Peshawar. Items being procured:
- Purchases of Myo-electric prosthesis (Bionic Devices and fitting. Above Elbow & Below Elbow) (Merged Areas) with an estimated cost of Rs. 55,000,000 and bid security of Rs. 1,100,000
- Purchases of Myo-electric prosthesis (Bionic Devices and fitting. Above Elbow & Below Elbow) (KPK) with an estimated cost of Rs. 112,900,000 and bid security of Rs. 2,300,000
The procurement covers advanced bionic devices designed for above and below elbow fitting, aimed at enhancing the quality of life for beneficiaries. The technical scope includes supply and fitting of these prostheses under ADP schemes. Eligible bidders must be manufacturers, importers, or authorized dealers with relevant experience and must comply with FBR/ATL registration requirements. Earnest money in the form of bid security is mandatory.
Key dates include a pre-bid meeting on 2026-08-11 at 10:30 AM at the office of the Additional Secretary, Social Welfare Department, Peshawar.
