Procurement of Myo-Electric Prosthesis (Bionic Devices and Fitting, Above Elbow & Below Elbow) FY 2026-27

The Social Welfare, Special Education and Women Empowerment Department Khyber Pakhtunkhwa, based in Peshawar, invites sealed bids from manufacturers, importers, and authorized dealers for the procurement of myo-electric prosthesis devices for the financial year 2026-27. This tender covers the supply and fitting of advanced bionic devices specifically designed for above elbow and below elbow prosthesis. Items being procured: - Myo-electric prosthesis (Bionic Devices and fitting, Above Elbow & Below Elbow) for Merged Areas with an estimated cost of PKR 55,000,000 - Myo-electric prosthesis (Bionic Devices and fitting, Above Elbow & Below Elbow) for Khyber Pakhtunkhwa with an estimated cost of PKR 112,900,000 The procurement involves supplying high-quality bionic prosthetic devices that require precise fitting and technical expertise. The scope includes delivery, installation, and after-sales support for these prosthetic devices to ensure functionality and user comfort. The tender follows a single stage two envelopes bidding procedure, requiring separate technical and financial bids submitted through the EPADS portal. Eligible bidders must be registered manufacturers or authorized dealers with valid FBR and ATL registration. Experience in supplying medical prosthetic devices and compliance with PEC categories related to medical equipment is preferred. Bidders must provide earnest money in the form of bid security as specified: PKR 1,100,000 for Merged Areas and PKR 2,300,000 for Khyber Pakhtunkhwa. The pre-bid meeting is scheduled for 2026-08-11 at 10:30 AM at the office of the Additional Secretary, Social Welfare, Special Education & Women Empowerment Department, Peshawar. Bids must be submitted by 11:00 AM on 2026-08-18, with technical bids opening at 11:30 AM the same day. The financial bids of only technically responsive bidders will be opened subsequently.
