Tender Description
The Trauma Centre and Emergency Department in Quetta is procuring National Defense and Public Order Security and Safety Services. This tender invites eligible bidders to supply security services specifically tailored for the department’s needs in Quetta. The procurement is under the Balochistan Public Procurement Rules 2014, ensuring transparency and compliance with provincial regulations.
The scope includes provision of security guards and related safety services with all necessary licenses and equipment. The bidders must have a corporate office in Quetta and provide a list of security equipment and ammunition with renewed licenses. The procuring committee or subcommittee will inspect the available equipment to ensure compliance with the required standards.
Eligibility criteria require bidders to have assignments of similar nature and complexity worth PKR 3 million each in the last five years, with an accumulated turnover of at least PKR 4 million in the same period. Firms must be registered with the Federal Board of Revenue and appear on the Active Taxpayer List. Blacklisted firms are not eligible. Additionally, bidders must provide an undertaking on stamp paper and hold a renewed license from the Provincial Home and Tribal Affairs Department.
The tender documents can be obtained electronically from the BPPRA website. Bids must be submitted electronically only, with no physical submissions accepted. The last date for bid submission is 29 June 2026 by 12:00 PM, and tenders will be opened the same day at 1:00 PM via the EPPS system. The bid security is 2% of the bid value in the form of a bank guarantee from a scheduled bank.
