Tender Description
The Deputy Director Agriculture On Farm Water Management District Gwadar invites sealed percentage tenders based on the composite Schedule of Rate 2018, Government of Balochistan on a cost sharing basis 25% Farmer Share and 75% Government Share. This tender is for the works of the National Programme for Enhancing Command Area of Small and Mini Dams in the Barani Area of Pakistan, specifically the Balochistan Component.
Items being procured:
- Development of Dug Well [7 No.]
- Solar Pumping System for Dug Well (5HP) [7 No.]
- Low Delta Fruit Plants [10 Acres]
- Oilseeds / Pulses with Land Preparation [20 Acres]
- Fodder / Forage Seed with Land Preparation [50 Acres]
The scope includes development and enhancement of command areas through construction and installation of dug wells, solar pumping systems, and agricultural planting over specified acreage. The project is situated in Gwadar, Balochistan, and aims to improve water management and agricultural productivity in the region.
Eligibility criteria require bidders to be on the Active Taxpayer List, not blacklisted by any procuring agency, registered with the Pakistan Balochistan Revenue Authority, and have completed at least three assignments of similar nature with a turnover of at least PKR 10,000,000 in the last three years. Registration with Pakistan Engineering Council (PEC) category C-6 or above (up to 25 million) is mandatory, with relevant specialized codes CE04 and EE11.
The procurement method is Single Stage One Envelope bidding. Bid security in the form of a deposit at call of 2% of the estimated cost is required. Tender documents can be obtained from the office of the Deputy Director Agriculture on Farm Water Management Gwadar upon payment of a non-refundable fee of PKR 1,500. The issuance of tender documents is open until 24 September 2026 during office hours on working days.
The last date for bid submission is 24 September 2026 till 12:00 PM. Tender opening will be held on the same day at 1:00 PM at the office of the Deputy Director Agriculture (OFWM) District Gwadar.
