Tender Description
The Pakistan Air Force Base Samungli Quetta invites sealed quotations from well-reputed and Sales Tax/Income Tax registered firms, suppliers, and contractors for the supply of various items for the period from 01 July 2026 to 30 June 2027. This procurement is specific to Quetta and managed by the PAF Base Samungli. Items being procured:
- Natural Camouflaging Fund Items
- Conservancy Grant Items
- Contingency Grant Items
- Sports Ground Items
- Sports Activities Items
- Minor Training Grant Items
- Hot Weather Appliances
The scope covers supply of these items as per detailed specifications and estimated quantities which can be obtained from the Contract Cell, LCGs, PAF Base Samungli. Quantities are tentative and subject to change based on fund availability and authorization. Payment will be made through crossed cheque after approval by the competent financial authority and deduction of applicable government taxes. The contract duration is one year.
Eligibility criteria include being a Sales Tax and Income Tax registered firm with valid documentation. Bidders must submit a Bank Draft of Rs. 150,000/- as Bid Security; crossed cheques are not accepted. Bid security of unsuccessful bidders will be returned as per PPRA rules. The bid will be provisionally accepted, with final award subject to verification of bidder’s financial standing and organizational formalities.
