Tender Description
This tender invites bids for the construction of a new building for the Chief Minister Secretariat in Karachi under the Provincial Buildings Division No. I. The project includes HVAC (VRF) systems, elevators, generators, Building Management System (BMS), Public Address System (PAS), Fire Alarm System (FAS), voice data, CCTV, switch gear, IT infrastructure, and remaining civil works. The site is located in Karachi, Sindh, and the work demands integration of advanced electrical and mechanical systems with civil construction, requiring experienced contractors familiar with complex building services and urban site challenges.
The tender requires bidders to have a PEC Category C-1 or above and mandates registration with FBR and Sindh Revenue Board. Firms must have a minimum turnover of 1800 million PKR over the last three financial years with audit reports and must be registered with PEC in relevant specializations including civil, electrical, electronics, and IT.
