Non-Consultancy Services for Building, Elevator & Prefabricated Structure Assessment & Feasibility

The Pakistan Institute of Development Economics (PIDE) invites bids for the provision of Non-Consultancy Services related to the Building, Elevator & Prefabricated Structure Assessment & Feasibility. This procurement is planned for the fiscal year 2026-27 and aims to cover eligible payments under the contract for these services. Items being procured: - Building Assessment - Elevator Assessment - Prefabricated Structure Assessment - Feasibility Services Bidders registered on EPADS v2.0 are eligible to participate. The procurement will follow the Single Stage One Envelope procedure using the Least Cost Based Selection (LCBS) technique in accordance with the Public Procurement Rules, 2004. All bids must be accompanied by a Bid Security as described in the bidding documents. E-bidding documents including detailed terms, conditions, specifications, and requirements are available on the e-Pak Acquisition and Disposal System (EPADS) portal at https://epads.gov.pk/opportunities/federal/procurements/116473. Bids must be submitted electronically through EPADS v2.0 by Monday, September 28, 2026, at 11:00 AM. The bids will be opened the same day at 11:30 AM. Manual submissions will not be accepted.
